Recently, a single 34mm hoisting wire rope for the tail gate machine on the right bank of Jinsha River Wudongde Hydropower Station has been equipped with Weite wire rope non-destructive monitoring equipment.

Check the steel wire rope by looking, touching and measuring it every day. It is a bit difficult to manually inspect the hundreds of meters of steel wire rope in an attempt to find defects in time, and it is even more impossible to find internal broken wires.

The online wire rope detection instrument can realize real-time detection of the loss of the wire rope during its operation . It not only systematically solves the remote monitoring of wire rope safety, but also provides real-time alarm for sudden major hidden dangers, daily evaluation of damage status, and regular evaluation of damage development trends and a series of  other major technical problems.  and the two processes of production and testing can be combined into one, which basically eliminates the daily testing time and testing energy consumption in the past. At the same time, the service life of the wire rope is scientifically extended.
