The Jingzhou Guanyinsi Yangtze River Bridge is a key control project for the river-crossing channel in the Jiangling-Songzi section of Hubei-Wu-Song Expressway (Wuhan-Songzi). The bridge uses one main span and one hole to span navigable waters. The total length of the main bridge is 1860m. It is a semi-floating system cable-stayed bridge with twin towers and double cable planes. This project specially introduced the "sharp tool" for high-altitude construction of the main tower - Zoomlion R4300-200 tower crane, with a height of 284.4 meters. The maximum lifting capacity of this tower crane can reach 200 tons. In non-working conditions, it can withstand Category 12 typhoons and has strong wind resistance. During the high-altitude and lower tower column construction stages of the main tower, the tower crane is mainly used for hoisting steel parts, with a lifting weight of up to 110 tons; during the ultra-high-altitude upper tower column construction stage, it is mainly used for steel shells, steel anchor boxes and steel beams, etc. Component hoisting, the maximum hoisting weight reaches 160 tons.
Recently, the online inspection equipment for the wire rope of the Weite tower crane was successfully installed on the tower crane. This is another large tower project cooperation after the 12,000-ton-meter large tower Changtai Bridge project and the 20,000-ton-meter large tower Ma'anshan Highway and Railway Bridge project.
