WTZ-A100N Lift Limiter

WTZ-A100N lifting capacity limiter is a lifting capacity limiter developed and produced by Weite for one-way weight signal monitoring. This lifting capacity limiter is suitable for electric hoists, bridge cranes, gantry cranes and other lifting equipment that only need one-way weight monitoring.

Preparation before commissioning

After the on-site sensors and instruments being installed, the following preparations should be made before commissioning:

1. Safety preparations. On-site commissioning personnel and drivers should abide by relevant safety regulations and make adequate safety preparations.

2. Check whether the wiring is correct, and check whether the power supply is the same as the working voltage of the instrument.

3. Prepare relevant counterweights, and the specific weight should reach 60% of the rated weight of the crane to be installed.
