The arc gate opening sensor based on attitude and inclination detection technology can measure the arc gate opening signal with high precision by using the rotation motion model of the door body around the center of the supporting hinge point during the opening and closing process of the arc gate; through Kalman Filter algorithm to obtain the actual inclination angle. The angle detection resolution of the core component is 0.001°~0.005°, and the accuracy can reach 0.01°. The calculation of the arc gate opening is processed and displayed by the WTG-H200 opening meter. The current gate left cylinder A , Right cylinder B, deviation value feedback opening value, no need to go through complex mathematical calculation and calibration again, so that the opening detection value is continuous, improving measurement accuracy and linearity, the accuracy can reach ±1 mm.
